We are looking for a nice person to assist our warehouse manager in customer service related tasks and inventory management tasks. Must be bilingual (French and English). Must work really well with computers (Excel, Internet, emails and other systems). Must be excellent at customer service (answering the phone, welcoming and helping clients in the warehouse, dealing with problematic situations). Must be able to run and manage the company’s inventory. Must be able to work efficiently and under pressure. Must be independent, organized, flexible and have initiative, fast learner, team worker. Work week is from Tuesday to Saturday. Background in sales and customer service a must.
